By using the Catalyst Wire Dossier website or mobile apps (“the Service”), you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

The Service provides informational, plain-language summaries of publicly available drug, disease, and regulatory documents. It is a study and reference aid — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always read the official source document and consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health decision. We make no warranty that the information is complete, current, or error-free.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Please don’t misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it beyond reasonable personal use.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Daily newsletter — signup requires a one-time €1 verification payment through Stripe and confirmation of the email address. This is not a recurring charge. If payment succeeds but activation cannot be completed, or a duplicate charge occurs, contact support for a refund.
  • Website (Plus / Pro) — billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your Account page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Mobile (Plus) — an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. Manage or cancel it in your Google Play account settings. Store refunds follow Google’s policies.
  • Prices may change with notice; a change does not affect the current paid period.

Intellectual property

Source documents are public-domain or openly licensed from their issuers (openFDA, ClinicalTrials.gov, EMA). Our summaries, design, and software are owned by Catalyst Wire and provided for your personal use.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalyst Wire is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
