Delete your account & data

You can delete your Catalyst Wire Dossier data at any time. The steps depend on how you use the Service.

Website account (dossier.catalystwire.org)

  1. Log in and open your Account page.
  2. Choose Delete account, or email support@catalystwire.org from your registered address.
  3. We permanently delete your account, email address, hashed password, alert subscriptions, and subscription records. Any active paid subscription is cancelled.

Email requests are completed within 30 days.

Mobile app (Catalyst Wire Dossier on Android)

The app has no login and stores no personal identity. Your data footprint is:

  • On your device — saved drugs and settings. Remove them by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.
  • Subscription record — if you bought Plus, we hold an anonymous RevenueCat user ID and your tier. To delete it, email support@catalystwire.org with the User ID shown at the bottom of the app’s Settings screen, and we will erase that record.

To cancel the subscription itself, use Google Play → Subscriptions (deleting the record does not automatically stop store billing).

What we keep

We may retain minimal billing or transaction records where required by law or by Stripe / Google for accounting. These are not used to identify you within the Service.
