Drug Alerts for Android

No app login is required. Clear app storage or uninstall to remove your followed conditions, saved drugs and settings. To request deletion of the backend purchase record, email support@catalystwire.org with the app User ID shown in Settings. We may verify the request before deleting data. RevenueCat and Google Play may retain records under their own policies; contact support for help making a provider deletion request.

Deleting data or uninstalling does not cancel your subscription. Cancel renewal in Google Play subscriptions. Use Settings → Ad privacy choices for available ad-consent controls.

Legacy website accounts

Email support@catalystwire.org from the registered address to request removal of account credentials, alert subscriptions and newsletter data. There is no Delete account button. Mention any legacy billing you need cancelled; do not assume deletion alone cancels a payment provider subscription.

Retention and response

We aim to respond within 30 days. Minimal transaction, consent or security records may be retained where legally required or needed to prevent fraud. Public regulatory source documents do not contain app account data and are not deleted by an account request.
